When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched quickly, with delivery in 4–8 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email and text as soon as it's on its way. If it hasn't arrived within that time, just get in touch — we'll chase it for you.

Will I be able to track my parcel?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email and text you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if I'm not home when it arrives?
The courier will attempt redelivery or leave it at a safe local pickup point — details will be in your tracking updates. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort it.
My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?
If a parcel looks damaged on arrival, refuse it if you can, and contact us straight away at nursaya.support@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement right away.
Do you deliver to all of the UK?
We deliver across mainland UK. For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or other remote areas, delivery times may vary — get in touch if you're unsure.
