Every NURSAYA pram is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Do I need to register my product?
No. The guarantee is automatic when you buy from NURSAYA — no forms, no deadlines.
What isn't covered?
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse aren't covered. The guarantee is there for faults in materials and workmanship.
How long does a claim take?
We aim to reply within one working day and resolve most claims quickly. Timing can vary depending on the issue and whether a replacement part is needed.
Does this affect my statutory rights?
